Whether you’ve just discovered that you’re highly sensitive or you’ve known for years, you may need support to…

  • what to do when you’re stuck in overwhelm mode most of the time

  • set boundaries + carve out more downtime

  • find more meaning and fulfillment at work, in relationships, or within

  • accept your sensitivity and honor your different needs

What to Expect

Sensitive Support Sessions* are 50 minutes long and held over Zoom. You can expect a mixture of supportive discussion, guided journaling, goal setting, and/or mindfulness practices to encourage self-exploration and nervous system soothing. Sessions are tailored to your needs.

During our time together, you can:

  • talk through personal struggles or insights related to your sensitivity with someone who understands you

  • map out a self-care and lifestyle plan that reduces overwhelm

  • design a personal or work-related weekly routine that balances productivity and rest

  • identify personal or professional boundaries you need to protect your downtime

My intention is for you to feel deeply understood and hopeful by the end of our time together.

Fees

The fee is $250 per session and payment is collected online at the time of booking. You can book one support session at a time based on your needs. I do not offer packages at this time, as most folks find 1-2 sessions are exactly what they need.
